> New EVM DeFi positions and performance improvements for portfolio and WebSocket

**TL;DR**: Added new EVM DeFi position protocols, optimized EVM+SVM portfolio calls, and enabled WebSocket compression for worldwide relay.

## New EVM DeFi Positions

Added new EVM protocols to the DeFi positions API:

* **EtherFi** - Liquid staking (eETH, weETH)
* **EigenLayer** - Restaking positions

## Performance Improvements

### Portfolio EVM+SVM Optimization

Optimized the portfolio endpoint for wallets combining EVM and Solana assets:

* Solana-only wallets now route directly to RPC-based fetching
* Reduced latency for mixed EVM+SVM portfolio calls

### WebSocket Compression

Enabled compression on WebSocket worldwide relay for reduced bandwidth and lower latency.
