## Metered Billing — Top-Up Plan Support

The billing system now fully supports top-up plans:

* Top-up plans are tracked with a `credits_limit` checkpoint for accurate consumption boundaries
* Total credits usage is consistent across all plan types
* Dashboard monthly usage overview displays `creditsLimit` and top-up billing status

## Streams — Dedicated Consumer Instances

WebSocket stream infrastructure now supports dedicated consumer instances:

* Isolated stream routing for high-volume consumers
* Prevents resource contention between different consumer workloads
