By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. Use of the Services Mobula provides APIs and related services that allow users to access blockchain, digital asset, market, and other related data. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for personal or commercial purposes and may integrate the Services into your own applications, products, or services. You are responsible for your use of the Services and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations. ## 2. Accounts and API Keys Certain Services may require an account or API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and API keys and for all activity occurring through them. You must not share, sell, or transfer API credentials in a manner that allows unauthorized access to the Services. ## 3. Acceptable Use You may not use the Services: * for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; * to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or overload Mobula's infrastructure; * to attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mobula's systems or accounts; * to circumvent technical restrictions, access controls, or usage limits; or * in any manner that materially harms Mobula or other users of the Services. Mobula may implement reasonable technical limits, including rate limits, to maintain the security and reliability of the Services. ## 4. Data and Intellectual Property Mobula and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including Mobula's software, APIs, documentation, branding, and proprietary technology. Subject to these Terms, Mobula grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services. Certain information made available through the Services may originate from public blockchains or third-party sources. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners where applicable. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Mobula's intellectual property to you. ## 5. Availability and Changes Mobula may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular data will always be available. ## 6. Data Accuracy Mobula seeks to provide reliable data, but blockchain, market, pricing, token, and other data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are responsible for independently evaluating information obtained through the Services before relying on it. Information provided through Mobula does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. ## 7. Fees Certain Services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment. Where applicable, pricing, usage limits, billing terms, and other commercial conditions may be specified separately through an order form, subscription, dashboard, or other agreement with Mobula. ## 8. Suspension and Termination Mobula may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user materially violates these Terms, creates security or operational risks, or fails to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Services at any time. ## 9. Third-Party Services The Services may interact with or provide information originating from third-party networks, protocols, applications, exchanges, or other services. Mobula does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, operation, security, or content. ## 10. Disclaimer The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mobula makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Services or information provided through them. ## 11. Responsibility Each party remains responsible for its acts and omissions in connection with these Terms in accordance with applicable law. ## 12. Changes to These Terms Mobula may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published or on the effective date specified in the updated Terms. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ## 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. ## 14.
