USD Fee Calculations in Swap Streams

Trade and swap stream messages now include computed USD fees:
  • Every swap message carries a feeUsd value
  • Enables displaying fee impact directly in trading UIs without additional calculations
  • Available on both StreamTradesService and FastTradeStreamService subscriptions
