Metered Billing — Top-Up Plan Support

The billing system now fully supports top-up plans:
  • Top-up plans are tracked with a credits_limit checkpoint for accurate consumption boundaries
  • Total credits usage is consistent across all plan types
  • Dashboard monthly usage overview displays creditsLimit and top-up billing status

Streams — Dedicated Consumer Instances

WebSocket stream infrastructure now supports dedicated consumer instances:
  • Isolated stream routing for high-volume consumers
  • Prevents resource contention between different consumer workloads
